About

The Plano Athletic Cycling Club (PACC) is an invitation only, amateur pro, cycling team centered in Plano, Texas. Our goal is to develop cyclists who will be competitive at all levels of cycling events across the Central Plains along with advocating for cyclists and the community around the Dallas Fort Worth area. The team races all year around in a variety of disciplines including road, mountain, track and cyclocross events. Outside of races, the team is constantly riding around town and participating in other cycling events such as rallies and group rides garnering attention from within and outside the cycling community. We are teachers, businessmen, mothers, engineers, students, and firefighters and when we come together, we can accomplish much more than on our own.

Team PACC was started more than 20 years ago by a group of cyclists who wanted to come together to race and promote cycling in North Dallas. Over the years, the team has grown to over 100 members becoming the largest cycling team in North Dallas. When people think cycling in Dallas, they associate it with Team PACC because we have built a well respected reputation through leading by example and driving positive change for cyclists in the area. Outside of racing, we are also involved in the North Dallas community by encouraging safe cycling habits for new cyclists, to hosting women specific group rides, to volunteering with local non-profit organizations. Racing is important, but our community involvement is of equal importance because we want to make Plano and North Texas a better place to live.
